- v2026.05 — Japanese MCP Server launched: connect ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Cline, Continue, and other AI assistants directly to yomeru.ai's dictionary, grammar lab, and example sentences. Three tools available: word_lab (full JMDict + JMnedict lookup with kanji breakdown, stroke order, examples, and conjugation tables — with AI fallback for words outside the dictionary), grammar_lab (sentence-by-sentence grammar analysis with parts of speech, particles, and conjugation), and example_sentences (1–5 curated examples per word). No account required, rate-limited per IP. Setup guide at /what-is-mcp. Dictionary now served from Cloudflare edge — significantly faster word lookups worldwide. Compound-words endpoint optimized. Google sign-in reliability fix. Backend stability work to keep the site responsive during peak load.
